Sheringham is well served by public transport, with an hourly rail connection (the 'Bittern Line') from Norwich and a range of bus services connecting with surrounding towns and villages as well as Norwich. There are several National Express coach connections with London each day.
The Museum is a few minutes walk from the bus / train stations - and it's an interesting stroll through Sheringham town to the beachfront.

Parking is available at four Council-operated car parks around Sheringham. Two are long stay - Station Road (beside North Norfolk Railway) and Cliff Road, above the east beach area.
The other two are short stay parks; one is in Morris Street and Chequers Car Park is off the beach end of High Street. All four car parks are within ten minutes walk, with the Chequers Car Park being quite close to the Museum.
All operate on a pay-and-display basis. You can see the car parks on our location map.
